If you have never bought from us before and have any doubts as to how to place and order or what to expect, we have written a practical guide that will hopefully answer all of your questions.
How we work
Here at Herz, we wholesale ex chainstore clothing. Essentially, this means clothing that has originally been made for big high street clothing retailers, which we then buy in bulk and sell on at fantastic reduced rates.
It is usually the case that these clothes are surplus stock from these retailers which is how we come to acquire it.
Labels
For orders in the UK, we must cover or remove the logos on all of the labels of each garment. For orders overseas we can leave the labels in tact.
If you are having your orders delivered to a shipping company within the UK and then intend to have the order shipped abroad, we can leave the labels in tact as long as we have proof of shipping.
Size Ratios
Each line different line of clothing we have in stock comes in different size ranges, some are heavier or lighter on certain sizes, but we try to make the best size ratio for you.
If you have a request for more of a certain size, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
For orders online, the sizes available are shown in the product description and we try to get the best ratio in this size range for you.
When Does New Stock Arrive?
We get new stock in all the time, so to get the newest lines before they sell out it is best to check us out regularly.
We have tried to make this as easy as possible for you, we have a facebook, twitter and this blog to let you know what’s new and what’s hot.

Bulk Buying
Need to buy in bulk? It may be helpful to speak to Adam, our head of sales. This way you can get the right amount of stock at the right price.

Postage Times And Cost
Postage times and cost can vary depending on the size of the order and where we are posting it to.
For all orders to the UK, we aim to dispatch it the next working day after it is ordered and is usually delivered to you the following day.
For orders outside the UK, delivery can take up to 6 working days.
If you would prefer to use your own courier, please let us know and we will provide for that too. If needed, we can give you the dimensions and weight of a package before it is picked up.

If you want to see the clothes for yourself before you buy then you are very welcome to come and visit us.
We are based in Stockport which is near Manchester, and we have a huge warehouse full of clothing for you to come and look at and place orders for.

Poland Approaches!
We are rapidly approaching the time of year when J & N Herz Ltd will display at THE OFF PRICE SHOW, this time in POLAND.
For those of you that don’t already know, we will be making an appearance at The Off Price Show in the Torwar 1 arena in Warsaw, Poland. This is a big fashion trade show that is billed as Europe’s trade show for smart fashion buying.
This will provide you with an opportunity to view many different companies stock ranges all in one day… the ideal buying trip.
We will displaying on stand A1, where you will find our full range of current stock. This will allow you to see the products for yourselves and decide what you think of them. Here you will also be able to view some clothing lines that are only usually available in our showroom, this is perfect for European customers who otherwise may not be able to visit us.
Our friendly sales staff will be on hand to help you with any questions you may have and to guide you through our range, if you want to place orders on the day we are more than happy help and can print an invoice there and then.
